Technion Gala: The Convergence of Technology and the Environment

We are excited to be presenting our technology at the Technion Gala in New York City next week! It is such an honor to have the opportunity to demonstrate our innovation in the presence of key personalities including Michael Bloomberg, Charlie Rose, Eric Schmidt and Barbara Walters. As we join together to celebrate the accomplishments of Israel-born tech start-ups, we feel privileged to reflect on how far we’ve come.

The Technion-Israel Institute of Technology has played an instrumental role in BreezoMeter’s accomplishments, as many of our team members graduated from the institute, including myself. In 2008, after hiking all over the world and seeing massive environmental degradation, I knew that technological advancements were necessary in order to help improve the well-being of people across the globe – many of whom do not have access to something as simple as clean air.

Fast forward eight years, our team at BreezoMeter is passionate about the environment, technology and the innovation that brings the two together. BreezoMeter was created to empower people with the information they need to take control of their wellbeing. Our relationship with the Technion represents our mission to finding solutions for a healthier, greener future. It’s an honor to be included and to have the chance to present our work alongside other Israeli innovators set to make the world a better place.

The response has been truly inspirational, and we are looking forward to what’s in store.
