You’re going to Las Vegas for CES 2018, and you’re looking for something fun to do after the show? Gambling isn’t your thing, or you’ve already won your hand and are walking away a winner?
Whether this is your first time in Las Vegas or you come every year, make sure to get out and experience the desert, soak in some hot springs, breathe some fresh desert air, and see the stars - and not just the lights of The Strip.
Check out these six slightly off-the-beaten path activities the BreezoMeter team is considering, and of course, some of the must-sees, like an awesome show!
But first, schedule your meeting with the team, at our booth, #43322:
Get outdoors, breathe some desert air
Just outside of Las Vegas there are some great opportunities for some outdoor recreation. Enjoy some great air quality while you hike, bike and explore. Of course, check first with our air quality app!
Arizona Hot Springs in the Desert
Just 45 minutes drive outside of Las Vegas, an out-and-back hike will take you 3 miles each way through a dry riverbed with colorful canyon walls, located in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Bring your bathing suit and relax in the natural hot springs, right in the middle of the desert.
Built in the 1930’s on the border of Nevada and Arizona, the famous Hoover Dam is over 725 feet tall, and produces hydroelectric energy 24/7. A must-see for modern engineering enthusiasts, Hoover Dam can withstand 45,000 pounds water pressure per square foot at its base. Get out there to take a tour!
Visit the herds of bighorn sheep who come to graze at sunset, while taking in the views of Lake Mead. It's not your regular picnic in the park when you've got these majestic animals hanging around.
Looking for a different hike?
Check out 100+ Las Vegas area trails on Alltrails' website or mobile app to choose the best one. With the pro version, you'll see BreezoMeter's real-time outdoor air quality heatmap layered right over the map so you can pick a healthy route suitable for your whole group.

Pinball Hall of Fame
You can practice your skills on more than 200 games at this one-of-a-kind place. Most games cost 25 cents, while some cost just 10 cents.
It’s no surprise that this city has some memorable escape rooms for your entertainment. Gather a group of friends, co-workers, or new contacts from CES, and work together to solve some puzzles. Check out yelp.com for specific top recommendations
